As some of you may, or may not, know - I’m in the process of writing “WordPress for Dummies” for Wiley Publishing (the dummies people). They apparently thought I was a good candidate for the whole ‘Dummies’ process. When I told my Dad I was writing the book, his response was “Takes one to know one, sweetheart…” Ha - funny man, isn’t he?

Well, at any rate - I’m in the process of writing right now. The chapter I’m writing is called “Top Ten WordPress Plugins” (shhh - don’t tell my editors I’ve given away a chapter title!!) where I get the fun and excitement of giving out some well-deserved kudos to the developers of some of the more popular WordPress plugins out there.

As I’m writing this chapter, I’m installing and testing out all the possible options of these plugins - making sure I cover all bases (don’t want to let Dad down!). I’ve installed a plugin here this evening that I need to test out, and figured I’d also use it as a poll for anyone who happens to drop by. I need a good screenshot of a poll within a post, anyways.
