E.Webscapes is Hiring - Designer Position(s) available

E.Webscapes Design Studio Hiring, Job Posting, Designer JobsToo many blogs - not enough time in the day! We are filling some serious amounts of design orders over at E.Webscapes - so much so that I am looking for a good designer (or two!) to join our team of talented designers. I’ve posted a job opening on my Design Blog - if you’re interested, have a read. If you’re REALLY interested - drop me a line.

I’m looking for serious inquiries only. This is a part-time, work-from-home, position (unless you really WANT an in-office position.. I’ll try and make room for you here in my crowded office space!) It’s a great opportunity to use your design skills, gain a bit of experience and make a few bucks along the way.

In the meantime, you’ll find me with my head buried in my book project and digging deep into various design projects. Questions? Let me know!

Just out of curiosity lisa. When i do a check in google to see how many posts from this site are indexed it only shows 4 yet you have many more than that viewable here plus the ones that are, are in the supplemental index vs the regular index?

Does this indicate that google is picky about this theme.

I mean i love the look of it and would use it but I have become very picky about blog themes, as I have noticed some get indexed well and some dont..

I have been told other than inbound links it can be to do with the coding not being compliant or clean enough so the search engines reject it

can you shed some light on this, provide some insight into this

    thanks

jon - prior to being a site about my xMark theme, this domain was a site about blog news/resources, etc. It wasn’t a site I updated often..and kind of neglected for awhile. When I decided to use this domain for my xMark theme - I deleted everything that was here and started over.

Currently, there are only 8 posts and 8 pages to this site. I made the switch on Feb 22. Prior to that, this domain had very minimal google rankings.

AT this time I would say Google likes me so far In that link - this domain ranks #4 currently. Prior to February, it showed up somewhere on page 15, I think.

Don’t know if that helps, jono.

That does help.. yeah i noticed now as i go through the pages that i get 404 meaning the pages it did retrieve no longer exist.. cool..

Hey last question.. sorry to bug yah! :)

You know how you have got your Pages displaying top right.. I love that, yet I need to add an external link to one of mine, yet i still want it to appear as a menu item, any ideas how i could do that as currently the only way to get a menu item like that is to add a page but i need just an external link.

I went into Header at the bottom it had

    I tried adding

    Homepage

But that didnt work it just made the word Homepage appear under the menu for pages… I want to keep the theme look

anyway thanks.. loving this theme, finally a 3 column that has room for adsense in the posts :)

I would really be interested in this offer. I’ve a couple of themes under my belt which have done pretty good these past time and I was thinking that working with a group of experienced people might help me more :) Is the place still available?
