Amazon told me about the book on Friday, it was delivered on Saturday and I’ve nearly finished reading it.
I was not 100% happy with the theme I was using so I’ve changed to Xmark and will see how it goes.
I see the copywrite date on the book is 2008 - I hadn’t realised how new it was when I bought it.
I’ve posted a comment (favourable) on Amazon.

This is a nice theme. I’m going to use it on my blog.
With the two sidebars, rather then having it so square, is there an easy way to use css to make it more 2.0 and have rounded corners?
